Okay so I just went ahead and made one on physical health just so we have somewhere to start so we can knock this out. I feel like physical health might be a bit easier to cover more concepts but if someone would rather do mental health, it takes 10 min to make another one so no big deal. ReplyDeleteI think this is great. I also dont think we could go wrong with physical or mental health. Some things I have to add/suggestions are Goal setting, Circuit training, weight management, cutting down smoking, alcohol, and drug use, and getting rid of environmental toxins.
